Do I have to pay a shipping charge?
We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on all items from outside the UK.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Delivery times are provided at the time of your order on the checkout page. Delivery times will depend on the service selected and the delivery destination but usually it takes 7 to10 working days from date of purchase.
All delivery times are estimated and are based on working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Do you refund VAT?
We do not offer VAT refunds for online orders. If your order was delivered to the Channel Islands please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
Do I have to pay Customs or Duty?
We will cover the customs and duties for all countries that are eligible for free delivery.
Please be aware, for orders over $800 that are being delivered to the USA you will be liable to pay any customs and duty charges. Please note, the value of $800 is the total order value before promotions or discounts have been applied.
Any customs or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you in advance of the total duty which will be charged.
We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for current import duties before you order so you can estimate the charges before purchasing.
Can I have my order delivered to a business address?
We do deliver to business addresses, providing the details are entered within the delivery section of your order and that the address is considered a safe and secure.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your parcel once it has been delivered to your selected address.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver items to a PO Box. We are more than happy to deliver the order to an alternative address of your choice.
Can I have my order delivered to an APO address?
We are unable to deliver items to an APO & AFPO. We are more than happy to deliver the order to an alternative address of your choice.
What happens if I forward my order on from my selected destination?
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your parcel once it has been delivered to your selected address. If you choose to have your order forwarded on to an alternative address/country then it becomes your responsibility after we have confirmed delivery to the address you have provided. If you have used a forward shipping company please contact them for more information.
Can I have my order delivered to a Parcel Locker?
We are unable to deliver items to a Parcel Locker or PO Box. We are more than happy to deliver the order to an alternative address of your choice.
Why haven't I received my order?
Please check your dispatch email for your delivery date and to see if there are any further details about your parcel. The delivery date given at the point of purchase is only an estimated date.
If there has been no movement in your tracking for 5 days, please contact us.
It is possible that a neighbour has taken delivery of your parcel but this should be stated on your tracking information. If you still cannot locate the parcel 24 hours after the tracking shows it has been delivered, please contact us.
How do I start a return process?
Please contact us before returning any item for Refund/Exchange.
Some items will not eligible for return such: Underwear, Socks, Nightwear.
Have you received my return?
Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.
Do I have to pay for my return?
We offer free returns from the UK, if you are returning from outside the UK the cost of return is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been received at our warehouse.
Why haven't I had my refund or exchange?
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will email you. If you have not received this email within 10 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse, please contact us.
Do I have to pay customs when I return my order?
If you do not qualify for free local returns you may need to complete a customs declaration form when you return your item to us. Your chosen courier will be able to provide you with a Customs declaration form.
Remember to indicate on the form that your package contains returned goods, so that no customs charge will apply when entering the UK. If you fail to do so, we will be unable to accept any charges incurred and your parcel might be returned to you.
